Exchange Policy
At JESSI, we are committed to maintaining the quality and exclusivity of our pieces.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags must remain attached to the garment.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odor will not be approved for exchange.
• All garments are carefully inspected upon return before an exchange is authorized.
JESSI reserves the right to decline any exchange that does not meet these requirements.
Shipping Policy
At JESSI, we aim to deliver your pieces with care, efficiency, and attention to quality.
Pre-Orders
All preorder items will be shipped approximately 4 weeks from the purchase date.
Preorders allow us to create exclusive styles with intention and precision.
In-Stock Merchandise
Items that are currently in stock will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully completed and verified.
Delivery Timeframe
Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location and carrier service.
Shipping timelines may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to carrier delays. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
JESSI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
